The Employment Forum in the Digital Age – FEED2016 is both a Job Fair and an HR and Artificial Intelligence Congress.
The FEED2016 activities spread over 4 days during 2016 have 2 objectives:
- On the one hand, these are 2 B2B conferences with a multitude of actions of maximum interest in the field of Human Resources such as the Congress, with a multi-room format with round tables, training workshops and masterclasses on big data, digital transformation in HR departments, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, training, coaching, technology, etc… with speakers from the most relevant companies.
- On the other hand, there will be 2 days in which companies will be able to recruit candidates. Candidates will have the option to potentially contact 500 companies in each edition, as well as enjoy the Coaching Point, Emprende Hub and the Technological Tour. Candidates will be able to apply for interesting jobs as well as paid internships at home or abroad.
Will be on Emprende Hub, where our stand will be located, where you will learn about all the entrepreneurship support services that the Madrid City Council makes available to the people of Madrid.
The General Directorate of Commerce and Entrepreneurship is responsible for the Network of Madrid Business Incubators, which offer not only offices, but permanent advice and mentoring of projects; training; networking activities…, and where 400 startups have been hosted.
In some, there is preincubators and coworking spaces, infrastructures whose use is temporarily and free of charge, to support entrepreneurs in their business plans and to provide a workspace for startups that usually carry out their business activity at their clients' headquarters. These services support more than 300 business projects annually.
What Entrepreneur Service Point (PAE), the constitution of new companies is processed electronically, with 5,400 companies having already been created.
In the Entrepreneur Unique Window We have a service for entrepreneurs, where advice is given on the steps and administrative procedures for creating companies, subsidies and aid, or available resources to support entrepreneurs. A space to carry out initiatives that reaches 10,000 entrepreneurs every year.
Through the Municipal Markets We offer commercial premises to undertake, for the development of various activities in a consolidated commercial environment and at a very competitive cost. They are an ideal space to find new opportunities to start your business.

FEED2016 is scheduled for 2,000 HR, marketing and digital marketing professionals to attend a training program with more than 50 presentations, workshops and round tables with experts (national and international) on the most current topics in the sector.

In this edition, it will be held simultaneously the Artificial Intelligence Fair – iaRTE with a conference that will address current topics such as Smart Cities, Internet of Things, Drones, 5G Networks, Virtual Reality, Cybersecurity, Augmented Reality Hacking, Robotics Workshop and Intelligent Vehicles.
