Today it was published in the BOCM No. 310 the new public prices that the successful bidders of the offices or offices of the Madrid City Council Nursery Network will have to pay.
It involves a general reduction of 9.50 % in addition to a reduced price, with an additional discount from 25% during the first year of stay of the Nursery.
This discount will apply from February 1, 2016, both to those already hosted and to new additions. From this date, the successful bidder of an office will pay 7.15 euros per square meter during the first 12 months of occupation of the office and 9.53 euros per square meter from the thirteenth month.
This modification of the public price also includes that from that date the authorizations will be granted for a period of two years, extendable for another additional year, provided that the requirements established in the bases of the public call that are approved are met.
The Madrid City Council has six Business Incubators which are intended for new or recently created companies, with a maximum business history of 5 years.
