If you want to take advantage of these days to plan your return to the office in September, we have news: you can now register for the Training Itineraries.
What are they
They are part of the Madrid Emprende training offer and consist of eminently practical training actions. For this reason, the most relevant topics to take into account when starting a business are collected and, in addition, they are taught in a hybrid mode (face-to-face and videoconference).
The main objective is the comprehensive training of entrepreneurs.
As on other occasions, the edition that will begin on September 5 consists of three different itineraries, each one integrating two or three different activities. The development of these training activities is complemented by our virtual platform "Aula Emprende”, a virtual support classroom that provides assistance to entrepreneurs to access content and resources, correct evaluations and resolve doubts and queries.
Where are they made?
The training itineraries will be carried out 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in a hybrid format: face-to-face at the Carabanchel business incubator and in videoconference.
Remember that attendance is free and places are limited, so prior registration is necessary, which will be pending admission.
Contents and registrations

Itinerary I: consists of three training activities
Its purpose is to lead those who have an incipient idea and/or a business project towards a reflection on aspects of entrepreneurship that are transversal and common to any sector of activity, such as self-knowledge, the analysis of skills and abilities, as well as providing resources and support tools that allow you to analyze options, define objectives and make decisions.
Focused on identifying self-leadership skills and using tools to reduce women's reluctance to undertake, overcome cultural reasons and greater risk aversion. Design and reinforcement of action strategies and improvement of skills with the aim of creating a positive gender impact among female entrepreneurs.
To acquire the basic concepts of oratory and keys to use the technique of elevator pitch in the presentation of your entrepreneurial project or as a sales pitch.
Itinerary II: consists of three training activities
It will give the keys to those who, with an idea and/or business model, need to develop a business plan with all its components, marketing, communication and sales, operations, HR, legal and economic-financial, carrying out an analysis to establish strategies, detect needs and monitor the business.
You will learn about the functioning of the public sector and public procurement legislation from the point of view of the company. It will detect business opportunities and prepare the company for the relationship with public administrations. Analysis of documents for the preparation of offers and bidding: presentation and phases of bidding, execution and extinction of public contracts.
It will provide the concepts and fundamental characteristics of social entrepreneurship, highlighting the importance of the differences with social companies, introducing the application of the concepts of sustainable development in companies, and the application of corporate social responsibility.
Itinerary III: consists of two training activities
Aimed at promoting the transformation process in the company, showing the fundamental points to improve management, administration and production, marketing and sales processes, through the implementation of digital processes that allow the achievement of these objectives.
Focused on knowing the necessary elements to design and manage the business website of a project. In addition, tools will be given so that attendees can have their online store in the near future.
