NTT DATA FOUNDATION launches the 21st edition of its entrepreneurship awards eAwards in 13 countries in Europe and Latin America (Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, DACH, Spain, the Netherlands, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Romania), with the purpose of promoting entrepreneurs with technological projects that improve the quality of life and are environmentally responsible.
The Spanish call, which will be open Until May 1stwill award a prize of €20,000, access to a program acceleration and a pass to the international final of the Global eAwards, endowed with 60,000 euros. Spanish candidacies may be submitted on the web eawardsspain.es
The final will be held in October during the NTT DATA Talent Week, a week in which international entrepreneurs who are changing the world will meet and in which the Foundation makes different tools, methodologies and contacts with investors available to the ecosystem. and experts to respond to the specific needs of your ideas, projects and startups.
In this context, the Spanish project will compete with the winners from 12 countries in Europe and Latin America to win the additional prize of 60,000 euros and an acceleration program.
In the last edition, the winner of the Spanish call was also the winner of the Global eAwards, obtaining a total prize of 80,000 euros. The winner was Captoplastic, a project that allows adding, quantifying, identifying and eliminating the presence of microplastics in aquatic environments such as seawater, wastewater or freshwater, among others.
