Dulce Navidad is a Christmas cooking project in which Christmas recipe workshops for the whole family will be held in five of the most emblematic markets in Madrid, with the participation of Ligia Maria Betti, our expert in pastry and restoration, and one of the students of the second edition of the Gastronomix Project.
The workshops will be held between December 26 and 30, and in them the children themselves will purchase the necessary ingredients at the market stalls, emphasizing the importance of healthy eating through the purchase of fresh products that offered by municipal markets. To top it off we will have a fun culinary percussion performance.
This gastronomic project comes from the hand of the The House and the World Foundation.
The workshops are as follows.
· Tuesday, December 26: at 11:00 a.m. at the municipal market of Dona Carlota.
· Wednesday, December 27: at 5:00 p.m. at the San Pascual municipal market.
· Thursday, December 28: at 11:00 a.m. at the Municipal market of Tirso de Molina.
· Friday, December 29, 2016 at 5:00 p.m. in the Prosperidad municipal market.
· Saturday, December 30: at 11:00 a.m. at the Municipal market of Villaverde Alto.
The workshops are for boys and girls from 5 to 12 years old accompanied by an adult.
