The opening of the Hall was attended by the General Director of Commerce and Entrepreneurship, Concepción Días de Villegas. In her speech, she highlighted the importance of promoting entrepreneurship and especially female entrepreneurship, which, although it is a growing trend in recent times, still has to overcome some barriers to become commonplace. In addition, he has highlighted the advisory services for entrepreneurial people, such as Network of Business Incubators, the MAD+ Awards to support social entrepreneurship, the search engine OneBusinessPlace and, especially the Entrepreneurs Award 2017, which for the first time in this year's edition have had a financial award for the winners.
During the Fair, various training workshops have been held, a Digital Marketing workshop led by Ana García Millán, founder of Ready4u “Talking about Digital Marketing: route to make yourself visible and start getting clients” and a presentation on networking by Ruth Benzadón, co-founder of Business and Networking “Raise your level of communication for effective networking”, in which the attending entrepreneurs have been able to present their project in one minute (format elevator pitch), which has favored subsequent networking between them.
In parallel, a High Performance meeting was held with Entrepreneurs Organization in which 5 chosen entrepreneurs will have access to this opportunity to learn about the experience of successful entrepreneurs.
