During October 27 in the Prosperidad Municipal Market and on November 22 in the Las Ventas municipal market, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., the two Market Chef days scheduled so far will take place.
The students of the kitchen, restaurant and bar training and employment workshops developed by the Employment Agency will enjoy the presence of Chef Chema de Isidro who, accompanied by municipal technical staff, will teach the students to develop and enhance their skills. skills to get the most out of the kitchen, while at the same time showing them useful tricks to apply in daily work. The students will cook a dish under the supervision of Chef Chema de Isidro and for the winners there will be a surprise prize.
This activity, developed jointly by the Madrid Employment Agency and the General Directorate of Commerce and Entrepreneurship, in addition to contributing to improving skills for access to work, takes place in an ideal environment, the municipal markets, exponents of the traditional food trade in which culinary training and experimentation also have a place.
