The programmed activities were enlivened by sommeliers and wine professionals such as David Robledo (2 Michelin stars, Santceloni sommelier), Maria Jose Huertas (2 Michelin stars, sommelier at the Casino Terrace), Beech Pillar, who together with several DJs entertained the night.
This initiative, supported by the City of Madrid through the Government Area of Equity, Social Rights and Employment, had the participation of Concha Diaz de Villegas, director of Commerce and entrepreneurship of the Madrid City Council who presented the day and attended the various media, highlighting the role of the markets as a meeting point for the best products and the best gastronomy in the city.
In this “Night of the Markets” attendees enjoyed more than 100 stalls with a tapa created by each of them with their star product and marinated with Celeste Crianza.
A gastronomy festival where you can enjoy fresh and quality products in the municipal markets during longer hours.
