En la pasada edición fueron 521 las empresas representadas. Esta cifra es la suma de 239 titulares de stands y sus empresas representadas por éstos. Los 239 expositores directos de Expofranquicia 2016 marcaron una enorme diferencia y situaron esta feria entre las principales citas internacionales.
La cifra de asistentes en 2016 fue de 15.711, de 34 países.
