The #InTraining Courses are eminently practical training itineraries and workshops that cover the most relevant topics to take into account when starting a business.
In the first itinerary “Skills for Entrepreneurship” participants will be able to acquire knowledge on topics such as: self-knowledge, analysis of capabilities and skills, as well as provide resources and support tools that allow them to analyze options, define objectives and make decisions.

Complementary Training Module of Itinerary I: Skills for women entrepreneurs. Focused on identifying self-leadership competencies and using tools to reduce women's refusal to undertake entrepreneurship, overcoming cultural reasons and greater risk aversion. Design and reinforcement of action strategies and improvement of skills with the aim of creating a positive gender impact among female entrepreneurs.
Itinerary II: Fundamentals of the business plan. Economic-financial plan and financing. Itinerary that will give the keys to those who, with an idea and/or business model, need to develop a business plan with all its components, marketing, communication and sales, operations, HR, legal and economic-financial, carrying out an analysis to establish strategies, detect needs and monitor the business.
Itinerary III: Online marketing and web design. Focused on knowing the necessary elements to design and manage the business website of a project. In addition, tools will be given so that attendees can have their online store in the near future.
Training module: “Elevator Pitch\»
Its purpose is to acquire the basic concepts of public speaking and the keys to using the Elevator Pitch technique in the presentation of your entrepreneurial project or as a sales argument.
This module consists of two days of four effective hours each, always in person.
Training workshop I: “Basic concepts of labor law\»
Its purpose is to acquire basic foundations of Labor Law: concept and sources of this Law, entrepreneurship and self-employment, contracting, payroll and Social Security.

Training workshop II: “Improvement of SME Instrument proposals (Phase 1)\»
Aimed at SMEs that have an innovative project with an international dimension (at least European), and are interested in attending the SME Instrument (EU) call with their project. It will include the evaluation and advice for the proposals, methodologies, review of the attendees' proposals, "must be" summary, errors to avoid and successive presentations.
