Observatory of Genius is the original idea of a team of professionals in psychology, social education and pedagogy. Led by Ana, they have developed a highly proven methodology after working for 15 years in the Puente de Vallecas district of Madrid with adolescents at risk of social exclusion. Its success lies in achieving the participation of young people and families who are usually reluctant to collaborate in this type of experience.
